Connecting Generations is a multi-faceted program which aims to provide educational opportunities for caregivers, and non-custodial parents, and their children (ages 0-19).
The Connecting Generations Program offers:
- Wrap-around services with families to create customized plans to overcome barriers
- In-home case management and mental health counseling
- Whole family focused Parenting Classes utilizing evidence-based curriculum
- On-going educational workshops and engagement activities for all family members
- Guidance for all ages to achieve higher education
- Material and financial assistance, resource linkage provided on families’ needs
- Community collaboration for all family members currently enrolled in school, including assistance
Connecting Generations has Family Support Workers available to meet with families, in the family home, on a regular basis, designed to support individual needs. Our monthly events provide opportunities for family members to grow and learn together.
